PostDoc

IRD

In this period I have investigated which genes determine the architecture of the panicle in African and Asian rice. To do so, I have both analyzed transcriptomic data from multiple species, and developed an R package to analyze panicle phenotypes.

CEPLAS

With the broad goal of improving plant photosynthetic yield I have investigated the genetic and transcriptomic differences that determine leaf anatomy in plants of C3 and C4 photosynthetic types.
